Where we ship

  • Australia: All states & territories.

  • International: Selected countries (including PNG, NZ, US). If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at the3unkles@gmail.com.

  • Note: We’re working on local fulfilment options in Port Moresby to make access even easier.

Processing times

  • Orders are packed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, AEST).

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order items will show estimated dispatch dates on the product page.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard (AU): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
    Rural/remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.

  • Free shipping promos (when available) apply after discounts and before shipping/taxes.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

  • Multiple items may ship separately; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Address issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you need to change an address, contact us within 1 hour of ordering with subject: “URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE – #[OrderNumber]”.

  • Orders delivered to the address provided are considered fulfilled.

International duties & taxes

  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are paid by the recipient and vary by country. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue them.

Lost / delayed / damaged parcels

  • If your order is delayed beyond the timeframes above, check the tracking first, then email the3unkles@gmail.com with your order number.

  • For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can investigate with the carrier.

Delivery attempts & pickup

  • If a delivery is missed and returned to a pickup point, please collect it promptly. Unclaimed parcels that return to us may incur re-shipping fees.

Holidays & events

  • Peak periods (Independence celebrations, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) can add 2–5 business days to processing and transit times.
